1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unopened & Unused: The product must remain in its original, brand-new, and resaleable condition.

  • Safety Seals Intact: If applicable, all outer safety seals, shrink-wraps, and inner protective seals must be completely unbroken.

  • Complete Packaging: The item must be returned in its original product box with all labels, manuals, inserts, and promotional items included.

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used are strictly ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. The Return Process

Once your return request is submitted and approved by our support team, please follow these steps:

  1. Get Authorization: Contact our support team to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and designated return shipping address.

  2. Inspection: Once received at our facility, returned items undergo a rigorous quality and safety inspection within 2–5 business days. Note: You may be asked to share photos of the unopened item and intact seals before shipping.

  3. Status Notification: We will instantly notify you via email as soon as the quality inspection is completed.

3. Refund & Processing Timeline

After your returned package successfully passes our safety inspection:

  • Processing Time: Your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Payment Method: Funds will be credited directly back to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Please note: Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria will be declined and returned to the sender.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item:

  • Report Within 48 Hours: Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide Proof: Please share clear photos or a short video showing the damaged outer box, product, or incorrect item.

  • Immediate Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly arrange a priority replacement or issue a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly excluded from our return policy:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used personal care, wellness, or consumable products.

  • Trial-size, sample, or promotional giveaway items.

  • Clearance, promotional discount, or "Final Sale" products.

  • Customized orders and special gift bundles.

  • Items returned without their original cardboard packaging.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center.

  • After Shipment: Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled. You must receive the package and follow the standard return process (keeping all seals intact).
