Express / Fast Shipping: Get priority dispatch and faster delivery for a flat rate of $6.99.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will become active/update within 24 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly through our carrier's portal.
3. Damages & Missing Packages
Our packages are insured to ensure your peace of mind. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at preservisionsupport@gmail.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and share a photo of the damaged product so we can expedite your replacement.
4. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
